The location was so walkable and a fun wine window for afternoon spritz and gorgeous wine bar just below. Beautiful Boboli gardens were opposite. Daily cleaning was lovely including fresh towels & new water each day.
The lift and room quite small but fine.

Great location for a base to explore Florence, bed was comfy and bathroom very clean and nice. Host was extremely nice and helpful dealing with an issue caused by another guest locking us out of the property and even covered city fees as apology. Can’t fault their team, great people and great accommodation

+++++Location is perfect.
Staff-friendly..
Originally booked a standard room,but it was too small-you would step over your travel bags..So ,paid 200euros(for 4 nights)to be upgraded. But....It was on the top floor ,very very hot but aircon made some funny noise-hard to get sleep.
