The receptionist was lovely!

Very good breakfast, great location for walking to city center and wonderful staff. There were lift.

Paper walls and ceiling, meaning, that we heard steps and sounds from other rooms.

We really enjoyed staying in here. Our room was spacious even with a Cot, the decoration is modern and our bed was comfortable. Location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not an Italian Style but you have lots to choose from. The view from the rooftop is great!

The reception and breakfast is in a different building across the street, we didn’t care about this cos we read all the comments. there is a very bad small of sewer in the aisle that leads to the bedrooms but we didn’t get the bad smell in our room.

The hotel was very well located, clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was simple but fresh Roof top terrace had awesome views. The room was good and it had a bathtub.

Although serviced by a lift to get to reception (97 steps if you walk) there are steps to the lift itself. Lift is small and not wheelchair accessible.

we booked a room for a couple , it was extra small , bad smell we couldn’t sleep all night , not clean , it was cold and overall bad experience., we had to pay extra money to make them move us to another room and it was in another building , I don’t know if they do that to make u pay extra when u arrive please make sure u ask them for good and new images for ur room before u book at this hotel .

I was upgraded to their sister hotel La Scaletta, just across street...Lovely...fantastic room...

there was an awful smell in the room

The room was very clean and kept that way daily. the location was exceptional as close to where we could drive to drop the car off so didn’t have to walk too far with luggage. It was also just off the Ponte Vecchio, hence the name, which made walking into the old town extremely convenient. staff did provide great feedback to our pre arrival questions and concerns.

The room was nothing exceptional but not too bad. Pretty much what we expected. Room temp was a little chilly

The workers at the breakfast room couldn’t communicate with most of the guests because they were enable to talk in English, but the work was really well done.

dark no natural light windows looked out onto a dirty wall booking claimed we had a courtyard view - see photo bed cover had a tear in it ( replaced a day later) poor lighting sewerage smell all night on first night very high commission on credit card ( 10% - they called it a discount for cash - seriously??)

Nice location, comforable & clean

A hidden gem! Excellent location, walking distance to all of the main attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ample. Very clean too. I will definitely go back on my next trip to Florence!

The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, but not a deterrent. The king bed was Very firm... could have used a foam topper.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location, it´s a few steps from ponte vecchio, very central.

The room wasn´t like in the pictures, the room was small, poor light, old and not pretty. It´s important they put the rate of the car parking, because like all the hotels, they put they have parking but actually they don´t and they have arrengeaments with the near by parking lots charging a rate that they have to give in advanced.
