Fantastic location in a beautiful old building. Beds were very comfortable
Air conditioning was sufficient to cool living room and two bed in the mezzanine. Incredibly steep multiple levels of concrete stairs to climb to the rooms - level 2 has four flights of stairs to get to it. Don’t see any staff during our stay however they were available by text and check in was easy.

The unit and location was perfect. The check-in process was cumbersome and really disappointing since we had to sit with our luggage for HOURS and were unable to check in until after the agreed upon time.
When we arrived the storage lockers were unavailable and we needed assistance, I communicated with a bot instead of a person which was disappointing because the bot couldn't accommodate our luggage needs promptly. There were times when they told me that they were 'connecting me to a human,' but it was very clear I was still communicating with a robot-yuck. For what you pay, you should be able to store your luggage until check-in and not be offered an option to PAY a separate business down the street for this service.

The location and the look of the apartment were great.
The problem was the air conditioning was not very good. It kept the rooms bearable but not cool and with the extreme heat in Florence it was a bit uncomfortable.
