The room was beautiful 13th century frescos were amazing and it was roomy for Italy
The location was good and bad, very close to all of the attractions but the traffic situation is a mess there was literally one road to get to the flat and it was closed our departure day for building construction we had to park by the opera house to get our bags loaded and the parking garage was across the river

Location was perfect… very close to Piazza Della Passera and few blocks from Ponte Vecchio
The shower room was unacceptable… the shower door was broken and every time I had a shower, the whole bathroom was full of water… It also needs a step to block the water… please build a proper shower… finally there was a smell in the room probably from humidity
