location, room size, comfortable, quiet. Front desk staff Adriano or Antonio?);happy hour voucher.
morning breakfast staff very rude. We had to leave for airport abd could not even grab pastries sitting right there because it was 7:20 instead of 730. Very unaccommodating if you have an early flight. That cost was written into rate and we were rudely turned away. While I would understand if it was a restaurant, but this is simply for hotel guests. Also, take a taxi. Hard to find.

The breakfast was great! The staff were better! They were all so friendly and accommodating. Every question we had was answered, every need was taken care of - it even felt as if they were fighting over who could help us first. Top notch!
The shower leaked and the ac did cool well but it was all ok.
