This is a charming place, vibrating Italy. We had a big room, and everything in it was perfect and really provided for a real Italian experience. The lovely woman at the reception was kindly arranging early breakfast for us, and overall made us feel very welcome. This area of Florence is cosy, and comes with surprises such as nice restaurants, wine bars, and piazzas. Not as busy as on the other side of Ponte Vecchio, but yet a wonderful atmosphere and just a ten minute walk to the other side of the river.
We had some troubles knowing where tog o at check in due to very small signes, but found ourselves in eventually. Nothing else I can think of that wasn't perfect.
