We had such a great time here during our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their list of recommended restaurants was excellent and they were happy to make bookings for us if needed which we really appreciated. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast was lovely. Location is also amazing - very close to Palazzo Pitti and one bridge up from Ponte Vecchio.
No suggestions!

Worth it, beautiful, historic, comfortable and convenient.
It was perfect for our anniversary as it was also romántic.

The staff were terrific. We booked at the last minute, then our train was delayed and the staff had to wait for us to arrive. The location is great and there is quaint old elevator.
