Absolutely stunning hotel room with high quality furnishings, plenty of space to relax, and a feeling of luxury. Very conveniently located for walking around the centre of Florence.
My only critique of our stay is that we were staying over the road in the Palazzo Bianca Cappello. This meant that there was frequently no concierge available on the front desk if we had a query or request, and would have to go over the road and up several flights of stairs to find someone to speak to.

Absolutely love this place one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in definitely worth the money. Absolutely lovely stuff so hopeful and made our stay so easy. The staff actually sat down with us on the first day and helped us with where to go and where to eat, what to book ect. If I ever return to Florence, this is where I will be heading!

Absolute heaven from start to finish! We will be back for sure.
Two tiny things was that the AC was good but it never went to 18 and stayed there, still cool though and TV wasn't the best. Could be updated with Netflix etc rather than an old Sky system which wasn't always successfully working.
