Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, very nice host. Ideal location. Beautiful place in florentine style. Very luxurious rooms.

The location is perfect for a stay in Florence, and the rooms are very comfy with excellent beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful both in the lead up to the stay and during the stay itself.
Given the price there were a few missing items I’d have expected. Coffee making facilities in the room, a decent iron and board set up, water glasses, better storage options in the bathroom for toiletries and a charging system for devices that doesn’t turn off overnight or when I leave the room.

The hotel was lovely and quiet, immaculately clean and great size room - terrace was a bonus. Wonderful choice for breakfast every day and friendly staff.
Loved coming south of the Arno after a morning sightseeing. Restaurants fabulous and so much to see.
Loved walking in the evenings and looking up to see the fresco ceilings so common in the upper windows.
Will be back and recommending to everyone!
Extra attraction: Elizabeth and Robert Barratt Browning lived on the first floor, many famous writers and poets visited.
