The staff are exceptional-all of them. They helped us with tickets and brought me tea and cookies one night when I was sick. The breakfast staff is so personable, kind, and attentive. The cleaning staff are impeccably efficient and energetic and have a wonderful sense of humor. We see the same people every year and they remember us. Thank you all!

We were a family of four that stayed in the “family room”. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had plenty of space. The rooftop restaurant had beautiful views, wonderful food and drinks and friendly staff. Alessandro made us feel welcome. Our daughter had a nut allergy and he made sure to accommodate her and let her know her safe food options. We loved the location. Close enough to walk to the sites, but more quaint, a little less touristy.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence! Staff was lovely, breakfast with a beautiful view of the city, and located in a less touristy area of Florence! Will definitely stay here again!
