We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florence. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The communication before and during our stay was excellent, which made everything feel smooth and easy.
The location was perfect for enjoying Florence, and the hotel itself felt comfortable, clean, and well cared for. After long days walking through the city, it was a great place to come back to and relax.
What stood out most was the hospitality. The staff made us feel taken care of without it ever feeling forced. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was an older building (as expected in Italy), but very well maintained, and the room was gorgeous. The bathroom was very modern, the space was clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio. Wonder property, beautiful courtyard. Arrived Florence early in the morning. The hotel had luggage storage awaiting the 3 o’clock check in. When we arrived to check in our bags were in our room. Staff was extremely helpful getting us a cab on the morning of our departure at 4:35 am.
Would certainly book again if I make it back to Florence.

Can't say enough great things about ths property! The location is spectacular - just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchip and Palozzo Pitti. Also right in the center of many of the artisan shops. The property was clean and the rooms were well appointed and larger than many European hotel rooms. We enjoyed a the complimentary bottle of Chianti on arrival:) The rooftop terracn is spectacular - best view in town of Florence. The staff was kind, helpful and knowledgable:)
