Great central location near the ponte vechio and directly in front of the pitti palace. Spacious and stylish rooms. Decent size bathroom especially the shower. Rooms were clean. Nice common lounge area with coffee machine. Felt very secure. I would stay again
Staff were not that helpful and did not respond to communication after check in. Daily room cleaning was ‘offered’ but wasn’t really. E.g. bed was unmade, toilet paper wasn’t restocked. Our room had the wifi box that lit up the room.

Perfect place to stay while visiting Florence. You’re right in front of Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens and 10 min to Ponte Vechio. Best of all, great restaurants and cafes are but steps away.
Our room was spacious, quiet with very confortable bedding and linens. Check-in was quick and easy and there was good wi-fi. Management was readily available for anything needed. All and all a very comfortable stay and would gladly stay here again
All was perfect

Amazing location and lovely decor
I booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony however the room given did not have a balcony and when I contacted the staff to question this I was never responded to. Very disappointing!
