Très prétentieux et en fait assez quelconque, malgré le marbre un peu partout. Ce fut peut-être un bon hôtel, ce n’est qu’un hôtel prétentieux et trop cher

Excellent location - the staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really nice and wish I'd had breakfast there from the first day rather than the last day!

Hotel muy céntrico . instalaciones muy correctas y excelente trato por parte del personal. Cuando vuelva por la ciudad iré allí seguro

La ubicación, sin lugar a dudas, una maravilla. Personal de recepción muy amable. Camas cómodas.

El desayuno, había leído muy buenas críticas, pero la verdad es que era bastante escaso. Poca variedad y algo de bollería que se notaba que era de hacía algunos días (un poquito duro). Poca presión en el agua de la ducha.

Emplacement idéal. Accueil parfait. Salle de bain rénovée. Chambre côté cours donc aucun bruit extérieur. Literie confortable

It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.

There was some construction on the street which was a bit inconvenient but not noisy. There was a bit of street noise from the people in the main area and bar opposite the hotel but the windows completely blocked out the noise.

Silent room, comfortable bed, extremely clean

There is a block on the street, but it was worth staying there anyway

Almohadas demasiado altas y personal de recepción no interesados en informar al viajero de su ciudad, trato educado pero indiferente y frío.
