La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
A unos pasos de Paseo Independencia, rodeado de tiendas (Corte Inglés, C&A, Stradivarius, Bershka,...) frente a conocidos restaurantes como La mar salada, La Mejillonera, El Calamar bravo, etc...
A un paso del Tubo y cerca del Pilar.
Todo se puede hacer andando.
El personal profesional y muy muy amable.
Las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas.
Camas cómodas.
El secador de pelo en el baño, en nuestra habitación era grande y potente, aunque en la habitación de nuestras compañeras, era pequeño y nada potente.
Detalles a valorar muy positivamente, es que llegamos por la mañana y como las habitaciones ya estaban disponibles, pudimos instalarnos al momento.
El día de salida, con mucha amabilidad, nos guardaron el equipaje todo el día.
El desayuno es muy correcto, sin grandes lujos pero con todo lo necesario para un buen desayuno (cafes, yogures, cereales, zumos, pan, embutidos, tortilla de patatas, reposteria, etc...) muy bien atendido.
En resumen...pesa mucho más lo positivo que lo negativo.
Si vuelvo a Zaragoza, seguro repito!
El hotel mantiene los pasillos de moqueta, lo que produce cierta olor a rancio (muy mencionado en todos los comentarios) y aunque cierto, es totalmente soportable.
Tal vez en las ventanas colocar alguna cortina que deje pasar la luz, pero tape la visión.
El hotel está en una calle estrecha y si no bajas la cortina te ven desde enfrente perfectamente y si las bajas, la habitación queda totalmente a oscuras.
Los baños son muy grandes, pero se ven algo anticuados.

Lovely and spacious room (loved the Goya mural!), which was also clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast offered many options and was a great start to the day.

Hotel situato nel centro della città
La strada dove è situato l'hotel è molto rumorosa e le finestre non sono ben Insonorizzate.
Per noi è stato impossibile dormire una notte.
Il personale tuttavia si è mostrato cordiale e ci ha dato disponibilità per un cambio di camera.
