Location, staff were great and spoke English (except a younger woman at the desk who never acknowledged me)
The balcony was great but I would have felt more secure if it locale
No. WiFi for 2days including my birthday.
I couldn’t get used to the hot and cold water being reversed

Location is excellent
Spotless clean
Comfortable bed
If you don’t put your cleaning sign out you don’t get cleaned or towels or toilet rolls replaced.
We copped on to this after day two but even on days rooms was cleaned no toilet roll was ever replaced across the week I had to take it from a trolley in the end. Which was annoying considering there clearly wasn’t any in the bathroom while they were cleaning it.
