Very friendly stall.
Lighting in the bedrooms were too bright. No side lamps or reading lamps just spot lights.

The location, the swimming pool & steam room, good breakfasts and dinner
The room was small and the bathroom tiny. There was nowhere to sit in the bedroom and the reception areas had music and a big screen which was not a ‘calm’ place to read

Hotel public areas and bedroom were spacious. It never felt claustrophobic. Plenty of car oarking at the hotel, which is not always thr case. One of the reasons we picked this hotel was its proximity to the Chester Park and Ride, which we used often to avoid trying to park the car in Chester City centre. All in all, a most pleasant stay, and would certainly stay here again.

Convenient location, quick to order a taxi, plenty of choice for breakfast
Some of the waiting staff were not very switched on - slow service, bringing the wrong food order, unable to find out whether they had decaf coffee. Dinner is way over-priced for the quality of food. Rooms are comfortable but the decor is tired.
