The staff were excellent and very accommodating giving our group the opportunity to get into a room to get ready ahead of a wedding even though check-in was set for later. Veggie breakfast was tasty and cooked to order. The room is lovely and spacious.

We expected more in-room amenities for a 4-star hotel. Of vanity items there was only hand soap and 3-in-1 shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Everything else about this hotel is at a higher standard so we expected more.

30 minutes to Heathrow by car. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast okay.

Dripping gutter outside my window. Crowded, noisy restaurant and having to drive to find a quieter place to eat.

The bed was moderately comfortable and the TV and kettle were in good working order.

I travelled by train with the intention of walking from the station. Unfortunately, it is virtually impossible to travel to this hotel safely without a car as there is no pavement and barely any verge to walk on. Therefore, you need to add taxi fares to the price of your stay if you're not planning to drive. Check-in was slow with staff being unavailable for several minutes while people queued. The decor is very tired and drab. The shower was dangerously scalding hot when on its coldest setting, so it was virtually unusable.
