Location, staff, pool and room.
Breakfast is very poor. If you stay a week, there is no variaty to choose from.
Ground floor rooms are too close to the road and there is noice during the night.

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, nice poolarea. Beautiful location. Air conditioning works fine. Food (dinner) is tasty
Low water pressure so the toilet doesn't flush properly 9/10 times, so you have to use a bucket. The bathroom is small and the shower area doesn't close, so when you shower you automatically splash water all over the bathroom floor and toilet area. Thin walls.

no mosquito net, no ventilation in the bathroom, the provided shower gel/shampoo was awful, bed sheets were never changed during 4 day stay, very bed quality breakfast, very disappointing
