The location is excellent, and very quiet considering how central it is. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is shiny and new, and has been kept in great condition. The room was small, but perfectly formed.
The reception staff were lovely, and really helpful.
No real complaints. The showerhead was tricky to position, and it would have been nice to have our water and coffee pods refilled daily. I'm sure they would have been, if we'd asked. And we noticed a water refill spot as we were leaving.

Great location, nice staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and feel and the rooms are nice. The bed is exceptionally comfortable with great bedding.
The bathroom is a bit too tiny, making it challenging even for a slender person. The toilet leaked every time we flushed, but it was solved with a couple extra towels.

Location is really good! Most staff members where amazing
One of the staff members (a male with glasses and curly hair) was very rude. All the other staff where amazing going above and beyond, but any interactions with the rude staff member where horrible and left us feeling as though we had offended him in some way, or that we where stupid and not worth his time.
