Good central location in 5th arrondissement. Has pool which was great for kids. Staff was very informative and helpful.
Hotel entry is on pedestrian way so vehicles must drop you off with baggage about 200 feet from the front door. Also, bedside lamps are fixed and in a poor location where you easily hit your head on the lamp.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The facilities and staff are great
The aircon wasn’t working on certain floors and when we got there we were told we were “upgraded” only to find out that level 1’s aircon wasn’t working. The staff never admitted that their aircon was broken and they even sent someone to “ fix it”. We later found out that the aircon had been broken for days and it was well known that floor 1 and 6 had no aircon.
