Pool ripped kids water shoes apart and there feet bleeding, reported to life guard and she said she was aware & happening to all kids( not done about it from hotel end) I took a look myself and the slide at the top is catching kids feet on way down and one of the drains around the pool has dropped so it’s sharp - again mentioned all to life guard and no action taken - 5 pairs of shoes ruined ( we had 5 children’s in our party) with chunks taken out of them and so many sore bleeding feet
The plastic grass around the pool is sooooo hot, not sure if that was a great idea - adults and kids burnings feet - ensure kids are wearing some sort of shoes

Perfect food, great selection almost like in hotels with many more stars. Very friendly staff. The beach is very close, as well as a large supermarket and a central pedestrian area with many shops.
The fact that we didn't stay a day longer. 😉

We are very satisfied with our stay. We came from Serbia and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, helpful and always smiling. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was excellent with a good variety every day. The location was also great. We visited Barcelona several times by train, and the journey took about one hour. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
