The guy from the reception was very kind

The waitress from breakfast very unpleasant and boring. They put in my plate a piece of cheese bitten by some other before.... in fact, there is not a really breakfast! Better cut from the offer

Everything was ok. The room was better than we expected (much better than could be seen in photos), clean and big enough. Friendly staff. Location is quite bad for a longer stay, but on the other hand it is close to the airport and has secured parking. Recommendation, especially for travellers transiting in Sofia.

The restaurant was closed so I had been left a sandwich in the fridge which was fine,the hotel is generally very clean friendly and comfortable,I would stay again!

Very hot room and hotel during the night. Free parking. Friendly staff. Big room with fridge.

Very dirty room. The hotel was in the middle of nowhere. Difficult to find it, between dark small streets. Reception looked like an entrance of an old factory. Curtains very thing, morning sun light easy to come. Room very simple and old.

When we arrived with my wife and daughter the first person to welcome us was the receptionist - amazing attitude and a real smile that never went down. After a long chat with him, I learned that this was the hotel manager - sorry if I didn't catch your name, but you were the most hospitable person I've seen! Great work! Room size and cleanliness were great.

Not perfectly quiet, but that's because it's next to the airport, so it's understandable. Breakfast(included) can be worked on. I hope the reason is the Covid stuff.
