I recently stayed at Falcon Royal Hotel and had a comfortable experience. The place was clean and very cozy.
However, one thing I didn't like was the contrast between the clean interiors and the dusty exterior windows. It was a bit tough to get a clear view outside.
Overall, I'd recommend it for a cozy stay. Maybe a bit more attention to exterior cleanliness would enhance the experience

Staff was quick and responsive at all times!!
The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark with cigarette smell and uncleaned carpets. since we were fasting not very pleasant to smell cigarette.
