The staff working at ICON Hotel apartment were so lovely. They were very prompt in any room service requests too.
We loved the location of ICON Hotel apartment in Dubai. It was vibrant, cultural and the restaurant or takeaway food was very cheap and fresh.
There was not much we didn't like.

Near the supermarket.
The room has small cockroaches, the fridge was not working and the washer was not working, but was changed after we told the front desk. We asked the front desk to help us get a taxi but he called someone who has no meter in the car and we had to pay 70 dollars from the hotel to the airport.
