Location / setting - great for a get away - nice and quiet, next to a beach and ferry
Understaffed - no one in reception/ no one answering car park buzzer to get into car park / they got our dinner order wrong )and others)

Great location with beautiful view of the bay. The ambience was relaxed and all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant served excellent food and a good breakfast selection. Our room was spacious and bed comfortable and we slept well to the sound of the waves. Excellent shower and luxurious products.

Good position with views to the estuary. Good parking facilities. Breakfast good, but failure to top up fruit of melon, pineapple etc when bowls were empty. Friendly and efficient service.
Our bedroom, no 18, was too cramped for a 3 night stay. For a double bedroom, only one chair for relaxation was plainly inadequate . Ditto hanging and drawer space and a clear detailed itemised final bill of items spent should have been provided. The items in our final account were indecipherable
