Our room was good as a couple. Bed very comfy. Room fresh in summer and liked the balcony. Great location and pricing competitive considering we were not interested in using other facilities (breakfast, pools, sauna, jacuzzi, games, etc)
Room a little smelly even with windows all day open. The fridge was freezing eventually that we had to get rid of some milk. Not a problem at all for us, but best if they get rid of the shower gel/shampoos small bottles and bar soaps, and use soap dispensers instead (if that comes any cheaper for the business (and more friendly for the environment…)).

We liked that everything was in the walking distance. The slopes are nearby and the view was great.

Well located, near the centre but in a quiet area.
Room comfortable & quiet (away from the elevator).
Kitchen is compact but works & is reasonably well stocked, stove top (no oven).
On site parking at a charge.
Would not recommend staying in a room next to the elevator.
