The location is definitely the biggest advantage. The apartments are only a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, public transport and basically everything we needed, which was perfect for us as we were looking for two quiet days to rest after a festival.
The staff were also excellent throughout our stay. Everyone we dealt with, at reception as well as the housekeeping staff, was friendly, helpful and very easy to communicate with whenever we had a question or needed assistance.
The apartment was quiet, the balcony was very pleasant, and we also appreciated having a window and a bidet in the bathroom. Check-in and collecting the keys were generally straightforward.
The main downside was the apartment itself, which felt poorly thought out in a number of small but noticeable ways.
Most importantly, the air conditioning was quite weak. It had to be left running for a very long time before the apartment felt properly cool, which could be a significant issue during the hotter summer months.
The mattresses on the single beds were also quite uncomfortable. The sofa was uncomfortable even just for sitting, as the cushions kept sliding forward. The dining table was rather small, there was no freezer compartment in the fridge, and although there was both a coffee machine and a kettle, no coffee was provided.
There were also several minor design and practicality issues. For example, the dish-drying area is inside a closed cupboard, which makes little sense for actually drying dishes, and some basic supplies were not obvious or easy to find. We only discovered a small cleaning kit inside a cupboard near the end of our stay.
The apartment was also slightly sandy when we arrived, though not seriously dirty. The bedroom blind did not block the daylight completely, so the room could not be made fully dark.
None of these issues ruined our stay, especially since we mainly wanted a convenient place near the beach to relax for two days, but together they made the apartment considerably less comfortable than it could have been.

A smooth check-in from the reception after midnight, with easy directions to find the place and enjoy a peaceful late-night walk on the nearby beach.
The sofa bed I stayed on lacked a proper pillow, blanket, and bed cover. I ended up using a towel to cover myself at night, though it wasn't really needed due to the heat.
