Fantastic location!!
Staff did not prepare the bed we asked for, service and friendliness of the reception varied quite a bit, but one lady made it all up for the rest. Restaurant staff very friendly too.

We’ve stayed at “Olimpo” over a dozen times since our first time on honeymoon in 1998. Its location is unsurpassed in Europe if not the world. I’ve read the sad review recently written. Such people should go to Benidorm. Olimpo is a four star hotel for Madridians to escape to a cooler summer retreat. To observe the high society
weddings is like being a fly on the set of DYNASTY some of which have armed security in the car park. Our first trip we signed the visitors book, previous signatures included the Prince of Asturias (now king) Carlos Saintz & Johan Croyff!
We witnessed The original stair carpets removal ( bespoke with “ Hotel Olimpo” written on every other step!)Admittedly the blue replacement carpet was looking a little. Shabby in 2022. They are now removed to reveal the marble staircase & passageway flooring. Sorry to go on but ilconcieved reviews can unfairly damage & destroy a hotel’s reputation

The view was great and the location was fun in a small town
The gym facilities were horrible. The place was very loud and noisy as there was a wedding in the evening. The front desk was helpful but a bit bothered by our requests. The small boat to run from the facility to the beach during high tide was never running
