Good location: easy parking (on the street but around the corner) and close to cafes and bakeries. The old town is 5 minutes walking (uphill). The room was clean. There was a poster bed and a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children). Staff was kind and helpful.
There was very low WiFi signal in the room (mostly no signal). The room was a bit dark.

Superb medieval style
The bathroom smell, I understand it s a town issue with their old pipe system. Recommending to use Toilet Soups running and room deodorants. The smell is unbearable.
Then I would recommand to give support for tourists with languages since there are 2 floors no elevator.

Amazing staff. The lady at the reception was so kind to send us videos to explain how to do our late self chack-in. The hotel and rooms were very clean, cozy and suggestive. The location is outstanding: in the city center, but close to several parking options.

Very well located. Charming hotel. Room is beautiful. Shower so relaxing. Bed super comfortable.
A little noisy sometimes because the building is antic. But I’d definitely stay again.
