Perfect location inside the citadel, really feels otherworldly. Great breakfast, good value for money. Had dinner at the restaurant, guests get 10% discount, beef goulash and schnitzel very nice. Very polite and helpful staff. Beautiful historic building.
As it is a historic building , the floorboards can be very noisy. But this is a very minor issue.

Location is great and the hotel is very beautiful. Decor is old-fashioned but in line with the historical building.
Poor customer service. They could have provided more info before arrival or replied to messages. At arrival, the female receptionist was not very willing to help with basic info. However, the male receptionist was great and helped us with arranging our leave.

Proprietatea arata excelent. Totul a fost perfect, am avut tot ce e nevoie pentru o noapte. Micul dejun perfect pentru a incepe ziua de vizitat in forta.
Nu exista aspecte negative.
