The hotel location is ideal , a short walk away from the city walls, and we had a great view from our window.
Stuff if very helpful and accommodating.
The only negative from our perspective was the pool temperature. It was really cold till late afternoon.

It’s attractive, clean, beautiful lobby, lovely pool/courtyard. It was quiet. Staff was very kind and helpful.
I booked a room with two twin beds for myself and my 18 year old grandson. What I got was one Queen bed. It was an awkward situation. Breakfast was expensive and they were out of items midway through service. The coffee was barely warm.

Having a pool to slip in to after a morning sight seeing or shopping was fantastic.
Pool side was beautifully maintained, nice clean towels provided. Rooms looked recently decorated including the bathroom that was a good sise
We were not told when ordered breakfast on the second day that it would be from the menu only and not buffet. Both being vegatarian usually we can pick through a buffet and get a reasonable breakfast and can have cereals. The staff were very helpfull with making some changes to the set menu for us.

The room was big
We could try their outdoor jacuzzi (no extra charge)
Staff was nice
1st night we could not sleep until late because of a party that took place somewhere in the hotel, there is no isolation so we could hear all the noise until late. I would have appreciated being informed about it before so I could have the right to refuse going to the hotel (where is the 4* service?)
Mattress and pillows were horribly uncomfortable
We literally had to ask for shower gel and toilet paper as they forgot to add it.. (again 4* service lacking)
Last negative point - breakfast as the food quality was poor for a 4* hotel
