Lo primero decir que para nosotros es considerado un albergue, según España, y por ello lo he valorado. La ubicación es estupenda, tiene unas vistas espectaculares desde una terraza fuera de la habitación. Tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción así que estuvimos muy calentitos, tiene nevera grande y televisión. La cama fue muy cómoda y estaba muy calentita. El baño era grande y tenía toallas, gel y papel higiénico. El wifi iba bien, no muy fluido pero bien. El aparcamiento en la misma instalación. El anfitrión fue muy servicial y en todo momento nos quiso ayudar y atender, en el desayuno nos puso dos croissants muy buenos de una pastelería local, café y té.
Le hace falta un mantenimiento a las instalaciones importante, pero nos dio la sensación que solo estaba él para atenderlo todo y aquello es muy grande. No sabemos cómo funcionan este tipo de alojamientos aquí en Italia, ya que el precio de la estancia es muy bajo, por ello no quiero ser demasiado dura.

Struttura gestita da Pierpaolo simpaticissimo ,gentile,preparato e sempre a disposizione.
Non e' mancato proprio nulla,ci ritorneremo sicuramente alla prossima vacanza.

Struttura con bellissima veduta sul mare e con un titolare sempre disponibile, il sig. Gianpaolo.
E' una struttura con un potenziale elevato ma non troppo sfruttato con le sole forze del suo proprietario Gianpaolo.
