Excellent location. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were adequate.
A greater variety of food items with protein other than eggs, would have been great. For example, peanut butter. I brought my on jar of peanut butter and used it during my stay.

Location was excellent, just a couple of blocks from the center of town. Staff was excellent and eager to help with recommendations. Common areas were very appealing. Rooms and beds were comfortable.

Gas heater is old not easy to operate, can smell gas leaks. Shower water too weak not hot. When I asked the receptionist guy Fede for help booking Torres del Paine National Park one day tour on 28/03/2025, he told me that we needed to make Chile custom declarations online and gave me a link to do it online. Through the link it asked me for my credit card details. I questioned it and told him that we are New Zealand citizens which should have free entry into Chile without any charges. But he said thatâs fine and they have never had any issues before. Then I submitted our application. After that I found that the link was not the official website from Chile Custom. It was from a third party agency which charged me and my wife US$59 each for the declaration application services. When I questioned the receptionist Fede again, he just said he doesnât know what was happening and couldnât give us any more help. I had to email that agency myself and cancelled our applications. After lots of hassles, we only had partial refund from that agency. Itâs a pity that we trust the hotel and Fede let us down.
