That couldn’t use the kitchen

The exterior of the hotel looks pretty. Room is also clean, towels are provided. Staff is extremely friendly (although she can only speak spanish so prepare to use your google translator to communicate!). She helped call me when my tour guide was here, collected my touristy photos at the reception, prepared breakfast as soon as she can as I had to rush for my tour, and helped checked multiple times if I needed an airport transfer.

The location is not near the city centre (already known) - which was fine since I was really tired from long haul flights and tours, hence didn't want to explore that much. It was also getting dark and colder. Though most tours upon request would stop you at the city centre at the end of the tour, it's likely walkable back to the hotel. Blanket could be thicker, and the warmer (?) didn't seem to work.

Comfortable rooms with a table and chair in front so you can sit outside. Has parking right in front.

Some of the staff wasn't the nicest you have met. Breakfast was just one croissant and a sweet cake.

Welcoming staff. I liked that the accommodation was a 15-min walk from the centre. Overall our stay just felt easy and fuss-free.

Just a heads up that communication with the hotel staff may be difficult if you don't speak Spanish.

Our stay at the hotel was disapointing. Good point is that the room is nice and clean BUT the customer service is inexistant and very unfriendly. Although it is indicated on booking.com that they accept mastercard, they told us that they accept only cash when we arrived! Also, she told us in an arrogant way that if we want to find something else, we probably won't find because everything else will be booked in the city. She told us very little information at the checkin. Amongst them she told us that we could use the kitchen but the kitchen was not accessible in the morning as the lady was preparing breakfast for other guests, at least the lady gave us hot water. There is nobody at the frontdesk during the day... they are lucky to be in a touristic city to get bookings without much effort! In a nutshell, you'll have a good sleep there but don't expect a nice welcome, clear information or a good atmosphere. And don't forget your cash

Credit card payment was not acceptable. The hotel description is misleading.

Location was good, 900 mts from the city Center, very clean and no noise around.

There was very minimum amenity(just a small soap), no kettle nor small towels. The hotel said we could use the kitchen to make coffee in the morning but we couldn't even get in the kitchen in the morning since the main door was locked and the señora said the kitchen is hers. There was spider webs everywhere in the bathroom.

I had spiders all over my room and nobody cared.

Nice new modern building with clean and simple rooms, great shower, in a quiet location.

Location is in a residential street, and could be considered little far from the Main Street in El Calafate, however this is the reason it is quiet. Breakfast could be little more substantial.

Comfortable bed. I liked the accommodation. It's not in the centre but it's in walking distance to it.

No dislikes. It's just simplistic but that's totally fine.

not a good location to get taxi. it would have been nice if the receptionist spoke english for a tourist rental place in a major destination.

The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities were really good with a big shower and a large room.

As a foreign traveler I felt they werent even trying to understand english and ignored my problems and my wish to talk on google translate, as the biggest complaint i came to ask for the radiators to be turned off and even translated it to spanish, my problem of being extremely hot at the peak of the summer while the heating is on full power was ignored which is unacceptable. Breakfast was not more then ok.
