The employees were nice, the coffee was good, and the parking was convenient.
The facilities at the breakfast were far to small, if the hotel is full, a huge amount of people would not fit into the breakfast area.

The rooms were clean and solid. The indian mister at the reception was professional and really nice. We liked him a lot, but he usually worked at night.
The italian lady at reception was pissy, grumpy, moody at all times. We will not return because of her tude. Breakfast was fine but there were ants.

Friendly staff and breackfast available and provided all required stuff.
We can see water marks in bed frame. Location too far to main Venice.
