Merci à Juan Carlos pour son dévouement et sa gentillesse, tous ses conseils nous ont été très utiles. Le prix de la chambre est vraiment très compétitif et même si celle-ci manque un peu de charme, tout y était. Calme, emplacement idéal. Surtout, encore une fois, la gentillesse et le sourire de Juan Carlos. Ses conseils pour tenter de faire passer le mal de l'altitude de ma compagne ont été précieux

Very interesting hotel located in a colonial house with a beautiful patio. Very close to the harbour and the city center. The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly, very passionate about Puno and creating the best experience for their guests. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Bien situado, buena relación calidad precio, tenían agua gratis disposición de todos los clientes en recepción
En la habitación, la cisterna tardaba muchísimo en rellenarse, por lo que muchas veces no funcionaba. Además, hacía bastante frío en la habitación y no había calefactor

Da gentileza do funcionário que nos atendia na recepção e café da manhã.
Hotel precário, antigo, sem renovação e manutenção. Quarto escuro, banheiro com vazamento embaixo da pia. Localização, embora perto da Praça principal, fica em uma área muito movimentada e pouco atrativa.

"Decor is old colonial style - big wooden bannisters and 18C paintings, plus a wood burner in reception! Also a cute little courtyard garden.
