Perfect location, close to shops and the plaza. Great breakfast, very comfortable room. Looked after our luggage for free whilst we visited islands on Lake Titicaca. Very helpful staff that organised taxis for us too. Ended up staying for 3 separate nights as we travelled around!

Good location. Heating in the room.
Dirty, especially the carpets, shades and bead cover. It's old but could be nice again if they renovate. The breakfast could be better.
