Exceptional

Samir was an absolute legend!!! He made us feel so comfortable and made the stay so enjoyable. His passion for the property goes unrecognised :) location short walk to town but not noisy and great view for sunset and breakfast on the balcony.

Everything about the place was far beyond our expectations (the food, the place, the location, the staff and the view…).

Everything about the property was perfect. I would recommend the place to anyone. The hotel is located near so many good restaurants and at a walking distance from Fira. We loved the tranquility and proximity of Firostefani. We were able to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view directly from our balcony, just far enough from the noise and traffic. Every evening we got back to our balcony with a glass of wine to enjoy the extraordinary view and the sunset. The room was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed (shampoo, soap, bath towels, beach towels, a fridge, a small safe, water, fruits, beer, wine, etc.). The homemade breakfast was brought directly to our balcony table every morning by the amazing hotel staff. The breakfast had everything (pastries, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, fruits, bread, orange juice, coffees, and more). It was so delicious. The employees and the owner of the hotel were amazing. They were so nice, and always available. They took the time to prepared a breakfast for us the night before our flight, since we were leaving early in the morning (even including hot coffee and everything). We couldn’t be more grateful of the experience.

Nothing, I will book this same property when we visit Santorini again.

4 days staying at Smaro Villas, we have memories that will stay we us for our lifetime!!

Location was incredible, staff went above & beyond, rooms were beautiful, breakfast was lovely. We were here for our son’s wedding at Dana Villas and we could not have chosen a more perfect accommodation on ever front!

Nothing, the property more than met our expectation, we were very impressed.

Great location!

The location was excellent and the staff very attentive. Breakfast was included as well. you could walk everywhere in Fira, Firostefani, and close areas from there. amazing views of the caldera.

the room was on the second floor, as a split level aptm. which I knew ahead of time, but the ceiling is very low so you could hit your head if you are taller than 5’5.

View of the caldera is stunning, especially for the sunset. Just grab a bottle of wine and local cheese and enjoy from your private balcony. Shared jacuzzi was enjoyable. Staff were attentive and nice, despite the language barrier. I recommend the transfer they offer for 25€ from the port. Bed really comfy. Breakfast was amazing, with free mini bar, local wine and beer in the fridge on arrival! 10 min walk from Fira, along the scenic route. Firostefani is more quiter but offers a few decent bars, café and restaurants.

Fab location

We stayed in Andreas studio for 1 night. It was compact but perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy & the studio spotlessly clean. The views over the caldera of the sunset were breathtaking. We were served breakfast on our little private terrace. This consisted of eggs, cheese & ham on toast, jams, various pastries, fruit juice & coffee.

Great view, great hiking, quiet and close to everything.

The place was spotlessly clean. Bed large and very comfortable. The Exclusive suite was based on two stories, large and spacious, with bathroom and shower on both floors. Breakfast was generous and delicious, we loved most those crispy, crunchy spinach pastries. Whipped Greek yogurt available for the asking, as well as other possible quirks (we specifically asked for coffee instead of tea and no meat). Though the staff lacks in English proficiency they more than make up for it with good will and willingness to help. The jacuzzi was a bit too cool in an unseasonably cool mid-May. Great location for those who enjoy hiking, it's about 40 minutes to the Skaros Castle ruin. Location is in Firostefani, just outside of Fira, the major town on the island, so quiet but accessible by walking to most of the action, and many restaurants nearby. The view from the Smaro Studios is probably the best on the entire island, encompassing the crater and including Skaros.

The breakfast was awesome and they give you the option of eating on the rooftop which has amazing views of the caldera. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, surrounded by nice shops and a lot of restaurants. I will definitely recommend to stay here.
