Laponia Hotell & Konferens

Booked for our anniversary. Friendly and courteous staff on reception. Check-in is via app and reception. Room 563 was excellent, although sparse feeling with the decor and furnishings, designed for a family as the sofa is also a second bed . No mini bar, no towelling robes for the bastu, which we were aware of, however maybe the hotel could consider upgrading the facilities with a few luxuries to reflect the room rate. Balcony afforded a view of the nearby lake and the hills; lovely sat with a glass of wine in the evening sunshine. Breakfast was busy! There was a Let's Go Kids festival, so the hotel and Arvidsjaur was exceptionally busy. Overall, excellent choice of breakfast fayre, with local produce, either hot or cold. We ate out at a local pizza restaurant, so would assume the restaurant would be high quality. We will stay again, as Arvidsjaur is lovely!

Lack of towels/ towelling robes for the bastu. Meagre tea and coffee, milk sachets for the kettle. Busy,noisy breakfast @ 8am on a Saturday morning!

The hotel staff were really helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was fully booked due to graduation celebrations and they kindly secured us a booking in their other restaurant nearby. There was going to be a bit of noise so they upgraded us to a quiet location which was beautiful! The food for dinner and breakfast were delicious. The breakfast spread was the best we have ever seen (we are well-travelled). Fabulous hotel, thank you for our stay.

This was a very pleasant hotel to stay in as we waited to be transferred to Arjeplog. It had a very good room with good facilities. There was a wonderful restaurant which we used for dinner and breakfast the next day. When our ride to Arjeplog was delayed they were very good at allowing us to wait in the lounge area.

Everything was fine. We had not realised that we needed to pre-book at taxi from the airport so this took quite a while to arrive.
