Excellent, two different generations we both had a great time , relaxing atmosphere with kind and warm staff.

So friendly and helpful staff. Made life so easier. Pelin Hanim was so kind to upgrade our room as a result of some issues with currency. And kitchen helped so quickly to my mums dietary needs. Beach part was excellent. The music choices and the decibel they played so good as there was no sound pollution which is a big problem in so many other premises.

The only issue was the currency change but it’s nothing to do with the hotel I guess.

Exceptional

We couldn’t fault a single thing about this hotel. Located in the most perfect location in Gündoğan, close to shops and various choice of sea view restaurants. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, there was always someone on hand that could translate English although this was never an issue for us when placing orders at the pool/beach. Every area of the hotel was spotless and the staff work so hard to keep the place immaculate. The food is outstanding, one of the best buffet breakfasts we’ve ever had and the chefs at lunch deserve a special mention.. we only wish we could have tried the whole menu. The hotel offer a VIP transfer, the best way to travel to and from the airport (cheaper than any other agencies we found online). We also ventured out to Yalikavak Marina but our heart remained in Gündoğan, a more peaceful atmosphere, friendly people and a chance to try the local foods. Everything about this hotel was amazing, thank you! 😊

Horrible and miss leading you are on your own once payment has been made and room keys were given

None of the staff spoke any English Stray Cats were roaming in the halls of the hotel eating leftovers from hotel guest. I have videos taken by my mobile Breakfast was fine but not enough tables were available for the number of guests staying at the hotel, we had to stand and wait for a table with plates in our hands almost every morning for 5 days. Beds were bad quality and made alot of noise when turning over moreover the bed sheets and blankets were horrible. The Aircondition unit kept breaking down and wasn’t cooling properly. I asked the management to help make reservations out of the hotel (concierge service) and I have not had any reservations confirmed nor i had any feedback up to this moment as nothing has been requested.

NOT WORTH THE VALUE OF MONEY

LOCATION Only ! the close proximity to multiple dining places and to Yalikavak Marina (minus the traffic) shout out to Ahmet bey he was very helpful and spoke English well.

Not worth a 4 star rating as well as the value of money !! 1) Starting with the hotel reception : language barrier un-attentive to the details of the hotel facilities or surroundings. 2) No fitness center as advertised on booking! aged , rusty and not safe to use. 3) breakfast is average with no variety the bread is always not fresh .. 4) very dirty beach compare to other hotels pool is small and uncomfortable sun-beds

Loved our stay at this beautiful hotel.

We loved the hotel. The location is great and there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel. The staff was lovely, even though they struggled with English, they were all still keen to help and make us feel comfortable. The facilities are also great, especially if you want to chill at the beach or have a swim at the hotel.

Nothing not to like. The breakfast could have more options but it was still decent.

A fabulous boutique hotel with great facilities

The staff are fantastic, friendly & helpful. Pelin on reception contacted us before we arrived to ask if we needed anything and we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was much appreciated. The food & beverage team, lead by Gunduz are brilliant. Every one of them went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Kadir Ahmet Lokman Furkan & Yagmur all deserve a mention. The owner spoke to us each day to make sure everything was OK. The room was lovely with a large balcony, lovely bathroom with walk in shower & huge bath and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was very good with eggs cooked to order. The pool area is beautiful and the deck & Bella Beach. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants on the doorstep.

- Relaxing location near the sea, though a bit far from the Bodrum central/Airport

- Location was in a calm and serene setting. Very relaxing, go for long walks around the sea. - Breakfast Menu is Kahvalti, so its eggs, tomato, cucumber, cheese, bread, figs. Tea was very good. It is fresh and healthy, but one of the days I did miss the American breakfast :) - There is small supermarket near the hotel so thats an option to pick some snacks during the day, and also a fresh bakery. Bread was really fresh and we took some on the boat ride. - Speaking of the boat ride, there is jetty very close so one can do some island hopping and swimming. The waters are pristine, and so refreshing. We enjoyed the boat trip, and the host took good care of us. - The owner of the hotel was very supporting and friendly, so thank her for all the hospitality. - A Startbucks unit is attached to the hotel, so thats good.

- There was some internet challenges which were managed - Location is a bit far if one has to go the town centre in Bodrum, almost an hour, but if you want to relax, its a great place.

Superb

We loved that we were upgraded to the best room for free. That was really lovely! Staff was amazing, so was the view.

We didn't realize that it was pretty far from Bodrum while booking but that's on us. Wifi was very slow, that's our only complaint. Other than that, everything was great!

Unforgettable stay

The hotel was located in a very nice area with a lovely private beach and outstanding pool area.

Only the SPA area was not working properly and not prepared for the guests. Sauna was broken and when I was in I saw electricity issue.

The beach was really nice and clean. The staff were attentive and respectful. The hotel has a wellness center that is run by a third party (not owned by the hotel), you can book a massage, spa treatment or use a small gym if you want. The rooms are spacious and you have lots of area for movement, for placing your luggage, etc. The breakfast is also nice, and has a variety of options. The hygiene rules and Corona measures were followed so the staff was wearing masks all the time. Everything was clean.

Location wise it’s a bit away from everything else, although there are fish restaurants close by and there’s a a restaurant run by the hotel. Food options are somewhat limited if you are vegetarian or don’t want to eat kebab/meze almost every night. Music is played at the beach almost all the time during the day, if you want to have some calm beach time it might not be suitable for you.

Low quality hotel with nice pool and beach

This hotel I can recommend only because of nice pool area and beach pier with restaurant. Personnel on the beach, especially bar and waiters was so attentive and made our stay much better

Unfortunately, we have a lot of concerns: 1. We had an issue to get blankets because they told us “this is not available because of summer season” and we had to fight to get this basic stuff from the reception. Can you imagine? 2. We also had to fight to get an iron to our room. They refused to provide it due to the covid-19 restrictions! What the problem to sanitise such stuff!? 3. Breakfast was poor. In addition, this is unbelievable too for Turkey, they served dried coffee without any options! No sweet options at all as well. 4. Our room was next to the breakfast room and everyday we woke up from the noise of people having breakfast. 5. One day, the housekeepers came before we got ready to leave, and we asked them to come later, however we were told that they finish cleaning at 12 pm, so we had to ask them to skip our room. 6. In general, the hotel stuff attitude was disappointing, we felt like they’re making us a favour. Moreover, the level of English of most of the stuff made it very hard to communicate for foreigners. Again, this doesn’t apply to the pool and beach staff who were really nice and hospitable.

The location is relatively quiet, away from the seaside promenade and the restaurants/bar area. Swimming pool is reasonably large, and their is a private beach for hotel guests.

The shower is designed so that no matter how hard one tries to avoid this, there’ll be a plenty of water on the bathroom floor after you’ve used the shower.
