Vista y ubicacion absolutamente espectacular. Volvere indudablemente

Excellent Location and Service
The location is excellent, and the staff provides genuinely great service. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.
The hotel feels like it hasn’t been updated in decades. I honestly couldn’t believe they still use traditional keys attached to enormous keychains. Everything is handled manually, with paperwork, outdated processes, and practically no technology or automation. Even the room phones look like they’re from another era.
The entire property feels stuck in the past and is desperately in need of modernization. While I appreciate the location and the kindness of the staff, the prices are simply unjustifiable considering the current condition of the facilities.
Great people, great location, but extremely poor value for money. At these rates, guests should expect a much more modern and comfortable experience.
