La zona verde es súper bonita, es lo más lindo que tiene ek hotel.. súper bien cuidado el pasto. el desayuno tenía huevos al gusto y había variedad de cosas diferentes cada día, el personal super amable y querido. El gimnasio es pequeño pero tiene lo necesario / básico. Limpio. Amo que adopten y cuiden perritos
Para el precio que se paga me parece que se queda corto en espacios más modernos. Los juegos de mesa es un rincón incómodo y pequeño y viejo. Las habitaciones están hechas solo para familias, no para parejas. El cobro por mascota por noche es excesivo, cuesta mas del doble que dejarlo en la mejor guardería en Bogotá. Le hacen falta zonas sociales .. solo están los termales , la piscina y restaurantes. Hay muchos espacios sub utilizados. Podrían inventarse una especie de cine con proyector algo así .. . Me pareció la verdad súper costoso .. tiene tarifa de resort sin serlo

Es un buen hotel, es espacioso, tiene zonas verdes, lagos y espacio para explorar
La piscina demasiado fría para estar en Paipa, es imposible meterse, reservar los jacuzzi es imposible porque siempre están ocupados, el personal no es amable siempre

A great place to relaxing during the weekend. I could use the bike to go into the beautiful forest they have, the small boat in the lake, we had a thermal jacuzzi and nice pool. Just great!
The restaurant area it is a bit cold mornings and evenings.

Area pool was excellent, very clean and temperature was perfect. One little thing we liked the most was how the hotel handles towels.
Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds were great.
My stay was great, I couldn't mention something I didn't like. I just want to say to keep the service as it is and congratule the staff for their work.
