Good breakfast. Large lounge with good seating part of room. Very clean and friendly owner. The best bit was paddy the dog that always greeted us with a big tail wag.
The toilet flush was hard work minor problem.

Sue is a brilliant host and cooks a lovely breakfast!
The room was really spacious and clean, and had everything we needed
The location is quiet but only a short bus ride to town , so it suited us well!
