spacious! big garden with a pool. A big bathroom in each room. the open dining room is very airy. Large living room. Free teh botol every day in the fridge. All the staff are wonderful and very helpful.

TV channels are not good. Kitchen area is not very clean.

We loved everything! The private Villa was fabulous, spacious, light and shade, beautiful tropical garden with frangipani blossom falling daily. Excellent friendly service and even able to use the spa area for a shower late in evening after check out. Transfers to and from the airport were seamless. highly recommend the eggs florentine for breakfast, whilst enjoying the serenity of the Villa. Very quiet in the Villa but an easy walk (if you are not perturbed by the lack of pavements) to many restaurants and bars.

It was a bit dated but that didnt bother us. Happy for it be be a bit old in parts. Beautiful place.

1 - The villa is in a great location 2 - Big villa 3 - The hotel staff is really friendly. 4- Amazing spa center 5- great outdoors around the villa.

1- The bed was really uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. 2- The villa needs more love and care. 3- The villa looked like it was not kept properly to its standards of 5 star. I will give it a 3 star hotel. 4- The shower drain was cloged up 5- The kitchen burner was rusty 6- The pool was not clean, we had to request for a clean up. Overall the place is nice but the management needs to ensure they upkeep the villa better. Its very sad to see a nice villa being kept this way.

Location

The pictures in booking.com and the actual property were totally different. The villa really needs some serious renovation and maintenance. Some of the lamps in the bathroom were dead and the shower was broken. The private swimming pool was not clean. We paid and planned for 7 nights and only ended up staying for 3 nights even though we did not get any refund, because we were not feeling comfortable at all to stay in the villa. We then moved to another villa with much better service and accomodation, as well more competitive rates.

We stayed at villa air Bali for 5 nights in the Bamboo Villa. There were many inclusions provided during our stay which is why we enjoyed it so much! Service on arrival was lovely after a complimentary airport pick-up- received a refreshing drink and sat down in a comfortable lounge area to discuss remaining payment and were given a thorough orientation regarding our stay. The rooms had an old charm to them and were both comfortable and practical. The pool was beautifully maintained along with the rooms on a daily basis. Air con was fantastic. The mini fridge is restocked daily with local teas and sealed water bottles which was great. There is also a small gas cooktop available to use with crockery and cutlery. There was no request that couldn't be met by the amazing staff at Villa Air Bali. Everyone genuinely wanted to chat and get to know you which was lovely. The spa was beautiful and relaxing and the massages were amazing! The restaurant is a must when you stay- the food was delicious and presented beautifully and the view of the garden is next level (especially in the morning). Nothing bad to say about villa air Bali, its met all of our expectations and is in a great location in Seminyak, close to restaurants, beach clubs, beaches and shopping.

The shower head had a build up of calcium on it but it didn't hinder the water pressure coming from the shower head. Some general wear and tear around the villa pool- broken lights in the garden, chipped tiles
