Clean, comfortable rooms. Very good shower. Friendly staff who dealt with an issue we had very promptly and efficiently. Excellent breakfast which can be taken in their indoor courtyard in warmer weather. Easy parking.
1st night we were given a lovely spacious room including a mini bar on the 5th floor. However this room was right next to their IT room and there was a humming noise throughout the night. They agreed to give us another room, this time on the 7th floor which was much smaller, had no minibar but at least we were away from their server room.
All in all we will go back to this hotel when visiting Reinbek
