Very friendly and helpful staff, with a clean and welcoming room. The property has a lovely local charm that makes the stay feel authentic. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable experience.
The only real downside, and something that didn’t quite match the standard of the hotel, was the condition of the bathroom fixtures. The shower was quite worn and some parts were falling apart, while the sink tap was also unusual and caused the water to splash outside the basin. These details could definitely use some maintenance and improvement.

Spacious room and lovely shady outdoor areas around pool. Easy parking in street opposite hotel. About 15 min walk to centre. Tea/ coffee, water and ice available 24/7. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

They should call this place The Hotel With Thoughtful Touches. I understand why it has such a high rating, they put a lot of effort in proving guests with a stellar and efficient experience. First off, the location is ideal for those who want to be close to Centro but away from all the noise. The hotel is clean cozy and welcoming. Great value and the breakfast absolutely delicious, with several types of coffee available. Would return in a heartbeat.
