Hotel should arrange an ebike from the main road to the property..very difficult for elderly to walk the distance

Location is good.
Getting to property is through narrow lanes as expected in Kashi. The hotel staff maintained good communications and had help to get our baggage to the hotel.

Great location and walking distance to get a real feel of Benaras
Loved the Ghazal evening and was outstanding and a gr8 experience. Overall definitely recommend
the complimentary boat ride was not to the expectation. Really expected a lot more out of it
Walking with luggage to the property is a challenge but the hotel arranges and are in touch with you to allow for the luggage pick up and drop
