We had the pleasure to stay two nights in the Shivala suite.. what an amazing room and overall experience!! Hotel staff was amazing since our arrival... the Hotel itself coudn't be better located and you can walk mostly everywhere in Varanasi (even if direct taxi access is not possible, they wait for you in the nearby road). The dinner food was great too, and the live performance was really the best we saw during our India trip (and we saw quite a few!).
WIFI wasn't great overall.. specially low coverage in our room. But everything else greatly compensates this downside! Also, it was quite a bit pricey compared to other alternatives and overall India prices.

It was super clean, had all we needed, the stuff super helpful and the restaurant very good. Location was great too.
The only thing was that cars can’t arrive to the door step but the stuff helps you with luggage on arrival and departure so after all didn’t that bad

It was clean and the staff felt very good
And all the dishes were delicious🤩
The dryer didn’t work.
But I was very comfortable and satisfied.
