Qualité de l'accueil (multilingue), charme des locaux (ancienne bâtisse vestige d'un relais, (decoration et mobilier en harmonie), dîner divin aux bons choix du chef, cave riche et originale, service de qualité, petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

Of the married couple who are the owners, the husband, who is the chef, is the warm, welcoming one. And he’s an outstanding chef. He has a love for his hometown and for Sicily that’s joyful and contagious. His wife is the cool businesswoman who checks you in, accepts payment, etc. She is not so interested in hearing about the lives of their guests, nor is she interested in sharing about the house, the location, etc. The food was outstanding (it’s why we reserved a night there), but quite expensive.
We were moved from the room we had reserved to the top floor. While it was called an upgrade, it meant we had to carry all of our luggage up four flights of stairs, then the bathroom was higher still than the bedroom which was tricky in the middle of the night. Parking was an issue. The town where the property is located didn’t seem to have any attractions. Breakfast was not included in the cost of the room.
