The property is clean and well decorated. We had everything we could have needed for our stay in Koh Tao. We were worried about some of the other reviews saying that it was quite noisy, due to it being so centrally located but we really didn’t find this to be the case. You are close to the beach/some nightlife so it’s not ‘silent’ but we personally didn’t find it disruptive and the location was amazing for diving, the beach and exploring. Staff were friendly and healthy, housekeeping was great - we both work online and the wifi was great throughout.

The room, spacious and clean. It is family run and the owner is a nice. There is a nice restaurant downstairs.
The location is right by a bar street and is extremely noisy till 3 - 4 o’clock in the morning. It would be nice to know that the location was noisy prior to booking as we were a family with children. There are other places in Sairee that I’m not noisy I think we just picked the wrong spot
