good value at 25 euro/ night

very close the walking street on the island. Booked it last minute for a decent price. Tv, air con, balcony, kitchen station and your own bathroom

Could be a little bit cleaner, but I definitely got what I paid for and more. So I'm not complaining

Pleasant, better than other places in Koh Tao for the price

Good aircon, good wifi, nice fan, big room, close to Sairee beach (best snorkelling is to the north end of the beach btw), quiet location but still close

Main issues was cleanliness. Cleaned rooms outside the times stated, which was a bit inconvenient when we planned around it, as we then had to leave the room. Even then, the floor and bed was still sandy so it didn’t feel like bedding had been changed. Water and toilet roll was only replenished when the room was made up. They ran out of toilet roll once as well. Ant infestations in bathroom and near the bed, where you can tell it hadn’t been cleaned properly. No transfer or pick up from the pier was really annoying. It cost 400THB to get a 9 minute taxi which is so much

Really nice, spacious rooms with balconies. Comfortable, large beds and had a great stay. Check in is earlier than every other hotel which is great if you get to Koh Tao early. 5 minute walk from beach.

Showers were temperamental and wouldn’t stay a constant temperature (and will get too hot or too cold). Curtains could block the sunlight a bit more.

best place to stay on koh Tao. it’s just far away to be quiet and just close enough to not need a bike, perfect. free transport to pier. staff are super friendly!!

We would definitely recommend this place! It’s a great location and has helpful and friendly staff.

This place lived up to its name and was very chilled and relaxed. We found the staff to be friendly, polite and helpful when we asked for advice about various things. The room was cleaned every day and we got free water and sachets of coffee which was nice. If you’re visiting Koh Tao for the first time, check out The Factory cafe for breakfast/brunch/lunch - we loved it!!

Nice place in Sairee

Nice and quiet little hotel close to the main area of Sairee. Clean rooms and good wi-fi speed. The staff on reception are very friendly and help with any onward travel arrangements. Would return.

No restaurant/bar on site, but it is fine as it’s only a couple minutes walk to the nearest place.

Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were friendly and welcoming and always on hand to help.

We were on the top floor which was a bit of a hike with our big bags but only downside to this hotel.

Friendly staff, great room for a cheap price. The balcony is perfect and the location is 2 minutes drive from the center. Also great pizza near

The Hotel was good. The rooms clean, the bed comfortable and the Staff friendly.

It was a little bit hard to communicate with the Staff, they can’t really speak english. Also would i like if they would fill up the Toilet paper.

The room was very comfortable and spacious, came with a mini fridge and free water was supplied daily. The location was right near the beach but far enough away to be away from all the noise at night. Rooms get cleaned daily and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
