Very comfortable beds and clean sheets, it was a good stay for a couple of days. Great roasted duck restaurant in a close proximity and beach to view sunset. The staff is very helpful, offered cleaning and organised a taxi/boat ticket for us.
The location is hectic but it’s not the hotel’s fault, rather the area itself - crowded and loud. Next time we would choose a more secluded area as it was just overwhelming.

Rooms are clean and comfortable
Location is fair, not exactly centered but good enough (10ish minutes to everywhere in the area).
Talk to them about ferries and transfers, made it easy and cheaper for us to book it with them.
A little overpriced, but it might was because of high season prices..
I'm not sure about room service, we didn't ask but weren't offered one either.

The location was good, everything else was not good. The bathroom was not clean (streaky mirror and black substance underneath the sink). There was a huge gap above the door to the balcony so the air conditioning did not work properly. The bin was not emptied once and they did not give any replacement toilet paper
