We spend an amazing time in Anemousa Studios and we would love to come back.
Our studio was very specious, very clean and had also a small kitchen and a fridge freezer so we could do some cooking or keep some food and drinks chilled. It was air conditioned and as per our request was fully accessible and on the ground floor. There was a small table with chairs so we could sit outside as well as an airing rack to hang out wet clothes. Although the room was close to the entrance of the property and by the local road, it was quiet;seems it had good isolation and sound proofing. The shower had always hot running water and had good pressure, whilst the toilet had a bidet option.
We got our beds made and some room cleaning every day, which was amazing.
The property has secure parking so our vehicle was close by. Also we generally felt very safe.
There's a good size pool with loads of sitting tables around as well as sun beds with umbrellas. There are showers and a WC nearby. We took our breakfast by the pool and it was additionally charged at €12 per person, but this honestly was a very good price which included a good variety of items and the coffee of our choice.
There's also some outdoor gym equipment present for residents to use.
All staff were very friendly and professional. Mr Marcos was very helpful in giving us suggestions, ie which side of the island would have calmer seas according to the weather or where to eat and he provided us with maps of the island. We were also allowed to spend our time by the pool during our last day, after we checked out, till we got back to our ferry, which honestly was great as we felt very welcomed and we were not rushed to leave but instead we got to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this property for longer.
This is a family friendly property and many families were staying over, with children as young as babies in prams or older. The noice level however was always low making this holiday a very relaxed one.
Nothing wrong with the property, I'm only adding two facts relevant to the island, just as FYI.
The studios are within 5min of walking distance to the Otzias beach, which is great as residents have the choice of either go for the sea or stay by the pool. However, keep in mind that generally in Kea (Tzia) the sunbeds by the beach are charged in addition to what you will get and prices can be expensive.
Another FYI, the water on the fausets isn't drinking water but you can purchase water from the pool bar or get in your own grocery shopping.

Our apartment was wonderful, it was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, super comfortable beds, spectacular views from our balcony and the owner was always there to help, including fantastic communication before we arrived.
It’s impossible to find fault with anything as the apartment and pool was perfect.

Peaceful location. Lovely room and balcony, lovely environment with trees, shrubs and landscaping. Lots of space around pool, pool bar and service. 100 m to quiet beach and 2 tavernas. Friendly, helpful host and staff.
