The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The hotel was in a convenient location. The room was cozy. Parking was available at the hotel or nearby on the street. The area felt very safe.

The location is excellent and also a good breakfast.
The staff was kind and attentive.
Good bathroom.
Some maintenance issues with television and air conditioner remote controls.
Also we chose an accommodation for 3 people, but the third bed wasn’t that comfortable. It there was a lack of maintenance. It broked when one of us seated on it.

The staff was very helpful in answering all our questions as to places to go for lunch and dinner, how to get to the bus station etc. The building is non descript on the road side, yet has a beautiful pool area, eating area, and table area for work or games. Our room was clean and comfortable and from our patio we could see water on four sides, including amazing sunsets. The breakfast had so many choices each morning and was delicious.
